Imperial Stout with Toasted Pistachio, Meyer Lemon Zest, Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon, and Sea Salt
Through this strange reality, we owe everything to the distortion. And peaking through the looking glass we tumble into the vast shadows of veiled mysticism and swear fealty to its blinding chaos. With our dear friends at Tripping Animals Brewing, we concocted this blend of 5 different imperial stout bases to create an ideal canvas for a combination of house-toasted pistachios and mountains of hand-scraped Tahitian vanilla bean that we finished with artful additions of Meyer lemon zest and Spicewalla cinnamon sticks to introduce an otherworldly experience of cinnamon sugar pistachio panna cotta drizzled with lemon glaze and dusted with fleur de sel.
