The Los Angeles trio opined upon a new beginning for Pilsner, and so we erased all we’ve done to evolve these 10 years. Right back where purity remained. This German style Pilsner was mashed with 100% pilsner malt grown off the coast of the Adriatic Sea and hopped in the kettle and fermenter with Hallertauer Hersbrucker and Saphir hops before lagering in stainless under high pressure for distinctly natural carbonation. Release yourself into this nod towards tradition and invite aromas of blooming meadows, shadows of sourdough bread cracklings, and crisp whispers of the herbs of summer.
