West Coast Style Pilsner

To follow inspiration is a divine tool for unearthing a sense of place among this terrestrial happening. To allow inspiration to bloom within, from your own soils, without adulteration of its other components, is to truly define that sense of place. We were honored to be selected to try our hand at Timbo Pils this year, by our good friends at Highland Park. Many moons ago, we tried this beer out in LA and it bound a fondness that we stitched into our own Pilsners. 5 years later, we are joining Timbo Week with our own spin, made from Asheville water, and our hand-selected Citra and Mosaic hops. This beer is quickly aged, as is the course at Highland, allowing it to present liveliness that expands with notes of mango soda, tangerine skins, passionfruit seeds, and pineapple leaves.
