American Wheat Ale with Tart Cherries, Sea Salt, and Vanilla Bean

There are many detours on this road toward enlightenment. Leading us on beautiful detours towards fated connections with those we find along this way. Recently we hosted Cloudwater Brewing from the UK on their journey down the US east coast. We shared deep conversations, good times, and also breathed life into this wheat ale. Hopped in the whirlpool with Belma and Idaho Gem hops, we then fermented this offering on tart cherries before treating it with sea salt a vanilla bean. Experience tart cherry shaved ice, dusted with orange zest, and topped with generous dollops of cool whip.
